Eva Dykstra, RN, BC, brings a wealth of experience to the realm of healthcare. With over 30 years as a registered nurse, Eva holds certification in gerontological nursing, a testament to her specialized expertise. Since 2017, Eva has been a certified nursing assistant instructor, guiding students on their journey to becoming capable and compassionate caregivers.
Eva’s teaching prowess extends across various settings – from the classroom to clinical environments and workplace scenarios. Her extensive background includes dynamic roles in nursing homes, assisted living, teaching at the local community college, and serving in urgent care and family practice. In addition, Eva wears the hat of a CPR instructor for the American Heart Association, contributing to the preparedness of healthcare providers.
Eva derives immense satisfaction from imparting knowledge to C.N.A. students. Witnessing their hands-on engagement with patient care is a source of joy.
